I wanted to let you know how remarkably efficient you SteelMax metal cutting blade is in our roofing and sheet metal operation. Using our new SteelMax saw and blades in countless applications has improved productivity and greatly improved our company safety.
We appreciate the value of these blades that cut effortlessly through everything metal in our fabricating department... from bar stock and angle to light gauge decorative metal siding. A single blade has lasted through several different operations with no appreciable sign of wear or reduced performance.
In the field we are able to cut and replace existing metal roof deck with very little sparking or risk of fire. Our previous methodology created numerous fire issues, but our new SteelMax system, with the spark arrester built into the saw's protective sheath, has greatly reduced the problem of sparks flying into the interior. In environments where safety is critical, this new technology is most welcomes - and has helped set us apart from our competitors in the eyes of our customers.
